Takashi Fukunishi (Japanese福西 崇 史Takashi Fukunishi; born September 1, 1976 in Ehime ) is a former Japanese football player.

From 1995 to 2009, he plays for Jubilo Iwata. In the J-League, he enjoyed a high reputation and has been elected several times into the best team of the season. He was regarded as a specialist in long shots, which also made him a dangerous scorers.
