Takoba

The Takouba ( for Tuareg sword) is an African sword.

Description

The Takouba has a wide, straight, double-edged blade. The blade runs from the booklet on the place to narrowing. The guard is made rectangular and bulky. In some versions of a lock is mounted in brass on the blade. This is to lower the blade into the vagina only penetrate as far as the lock permits. This is based from the normal carrier way of the sword that is worn inside the vagina that a portion of the upper blade out of the vagina looks. The Takouba is used by the ethnic Tuareg.
