The Talal Abu- Ghazaleh Organization ( TAGOrg ) is the largest Arab group of companies for services in the areas of accounting, management consulting, training, intellectual property, legal services, information technology, capacity building, credit information and translation of legal texts.

Moreover, it is connected with the World Bank, the Association of Accountants and Auditors in Washington and the center of the United Nations on Transnational Corporations (NY ). The Group has approximately 1,400 employees and 52 offices in the Middle East and North Africa, with representative offices in Europe, Asia and North America.

The enterprises belonging of TAGO were founded to support Arab countries and foreign companies interested in conducting business in this region.

History

1972 TAGorg was founded as Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. ( TAGCO ) in Kuwait by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh. Talal Abu Ghazaleh and Co. in 1974 entered into an association with Price Waterhouse. The joint company will be known as Price Waterhouse Abu Ghazaleh. In 1979 the joint venture was terminated with Price Waterhouse. In 1983, the Arab Society of Certified Accountants ( ASCA ) in London, England was established. 1985 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, the French award Chevalier de la Legion d' Honneur was awarded in Paris at the Élysée Palace, and the first Arab International Conference on Accounting was held in Tunisia.

In 1987 the Arab Society for Intellectual Property ( ASPIP ) was founded, which later renamed under the name " Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP ) ". In 1989, the Arab society of management was formed, which was later renamed to the society of the Arab Knowledge and Management ( AKMS ). In 1997, the Arab Licensing and Technology Transfer Society ( ALTTS ) was founded. In 2001, the WTO agreed TAGI with the launch of an Arab the WTO website. In the same year an agreement between TAGI and University of Cambridge (CIE ) was signed. In 2004, AGIP out the Dictionary of intellectual property, the AGIPs press agency was founded and the ACPA certificate is recognized by the University of Cambridge. 2005 was the APCO a global strategic partnership with TAGorg. 2006, the Talal Abu- Ghazaleh - Business College (s: Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business ( TAGCB ) ) was opened as part of the German - Jordanian University.
