Tamago kake gohan

Tamago kake gohan (Japanese卵 かけご飯, dt " egg on rice " ) is a popular Japanese breakfast dish. For the preparation of raw eggs and soy sauce are poured on boiled rice. Other names for the court are kakekake Tamago gohan (卵 かけ かけご飯), Tamago gohan bukkake (卵 ぶっかけ ご飯), dt " with egg, inundated rice " or simply tamago gohan (卵 ご飯) and tamago kake (卵 かけ).
