Tamana (Kumamoto)
Tamana (Japanese玉 名 市, - shi) is a Japanese city in Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyushu on the coast to ostchinesischem sea.
Geography
Tamana is located north of Kumamoto and south of Fukuoka and Kurume. The city stretches along the Kikuchi Class 1 river, especially the Kikuchi - level (菊池 平野, Kikuchi heiya ), which opens into the Ariake Sea. The coast is strongly influenced by various land reclamation.
History
Tamana was founded on April 1, 1954.
