Tameem al-Kubati

Tameem al - Kubati (born 1 January 1989) is a Yemeni Taekwondoin. It starts in the weight class up to 58 kg.

His first international title fights denied Kubati at the Asian Championship in Henan, where he was able to reach the semifinals in the class up to 54 kg and won bronze. In his first World Championship in Copenhagen in 2009, he retired after his second fight prematurely. Was successful as the year 2011. Kubati reached at the Military World Championship in Rio de Janeiro the quarter-finals and won at the Pan Arab Games in Doha in the class up to 54 kg gold medal. At the international and Asian Olympic qualifying tournament in the weight category up to 58 kg each Kubati missed qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. However, from the World Taekwondo Federation ( WTF ), he received a wild card for participation.
