Tamil United Liberation Front

The Tamil United Liberation Front ( Tamil: தமிழர் ஐக்கிய விடுதலை முன்னணி ) is a political party in Sri Lanka, which seeks autonomy for the Tamil areas of the country.

On May 4, 1972 several Tamil political groups formed the Tamil United Front (TUF ). The Federal Party joined in 1976, they changed the party name to Tamil United Liberation Front. Later, they used it as a political objective, under the name of Tamil Eelam, a government autonomy for the Tamils ​​living in Sri Lanka to achieve.
