The Tamor ( Nepali: तमोर नदी Tamor Nadi ) is a river in eastern Nepal in the catchment area of the Koshi. It rises in the Kangchenjunga massif and flows into the Koshi Tribenighat.

The Tamor contributes 19% to the water volume of the Koshi at ( Sunkoshi 44% and 37% Arun )
