Tanghetto

Tanghetto is an Argentine musical group of Neotango or by themselves so-called electro tango. Their music is a fusion of the new tango of Buenos Aires, as it Astor Piazzolla has been launched, with electronic music.

The group was founded in 2001 by the composer and producer Max Masri and the composer and instrumentalist Diego S. Velázquez. Her debut album Emigrante ( electro tango ), which came out end of 2003, was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2004 and won the 2005 gold record and platinum record in 2007.

After touring in Europe and South America, the group released in March 2008, the album El miedo a la Libertad, whose title to Erich Fromm's Escape from Freedom ( German: Fear of Freedom) applies from 1941.
