Tania Mallet

Tania Mallet ( born May 19, 1941 in Blackpool, Lancashire, England) is a British model and film actress.

Biography

Mallet, which began in the industry with 16 years, soon became one of the hottest model in the early 1960s. At the peak of her career, she earned weekly 2000 pounds sterling.

1964, at the age of 23, she was offered her only film role to date. In Goldfinger, the third James Bond film, she played Tilly Masterson with a Bond girl. Just one year earlier would Mallet meant to embody a part in From Russia With Love, but the role went to this time to Daniela Bianchi.

After their experience in Goldfinger Mallet retired from acting and devoted himself again to the work as a model. For one, they justified this step with the low salary - in Goldfinger she had earned only 150 pounds a week - on the other hand they did not want to be bound by a treaty to a movie.

Today Mallet lives in a second marriage in England.
