Tanjung Piai is a cape in Malaysia and the southern most point of the Asian mainland. It is located in the district of Pontian of the state of Johor.

Tanjung Piai is located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula to the west of Singapore, and about 35 km as the crow southwest of Johor Bahru. To the west is the south-eastern end of the Strait of Malacca, in the southeast of the entrance to the Singapore Strait and the northeast of the entrance to the Straits of Johor.

The cape is embedded in the 1971 set up 926 -acre National Park Tanjung Piai, which consists mainly of mangrove forests.
