Aunt Trude from Buxtehude is a German hit movie from the year 1971. The exterior shots were mostly bei Lofer in Austria. The premiere of the comedy film was held under the patronage of the Mayor of Buxtehude on 15 April 1971.

Action

Gerda experiences with her friend Karin that Aunt Trude has been deposited from Buxtehude her a fortune of a million marks in a locker of a bank in Salzburg, which is to get them handed out on her 21st birthday. However, on her feast day it receives nothing but a huge suitcase with ten dresses. Only when the disappointed Gerda has already sold some of the dresses, she learns that in one of the dresses, the key must be to the locker.

Gerda, Karin and her friends, the simple-minded detectives Rudi and Moritz, make haste to look for the clothes sold, without suspecting that Moritz has already found the right key and plugged thoughtless. The trail leads to Kitzbühel, where the boutique owner, Toni has been a part of the dresses already sold. So the buyers have to be searched, which leads to considerable difficulties. Finally, a crook gets wind of the affair and captured the key.

At the bank appear in quick succession, first the crook with the key, then three times a wrong Aunt Trude and finally the real heiress Gerda, who can prove everything and with a pair Toni is.
