Tape-Trading

Tape trading is called the exchange of music on cassettes.

The early eighties, was used to make other interested attention both on unknown music groups, as well as very rare records and demos that possibility. Through the Tape Trading many bands reached a very large degree of popularity. One of the best examples are probably Metallica, due to the distribution of their two demo tapes "Power Metal" (1981) and " No Life 'til Leather" (1982 ) after a short time arouse the interest of several record companies and managers and a short time later to worldwide fame could get.
