Taral Hicks
Taral Hicks ( born September 21, 1974 in New York City ) is an American R & B singer and actress of African descent. Her sister is the singer D' Atra Hicks.
She began her acting career in the role of Jane Williams in the film In the streets of the Bronx, with Robert De Niro gave his directorial debut.
