Tarik Kuzucu

Tarik Kuzucu (* April 21, 1987 in Würzburg, Germany ) is a teacher and professional martial artist. Since 2009, he is world champion in full contact kickboxing ( WKA), since April 2013, principal of the True Martial Arts martial arts schools.

Kuzucu was trained at the international level in various martial arts. He learned techniques of different martial systems, especially from the Thai Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wing Chun.

His fighting career began at the age of 16 years. In the same year he became vice - world champion in Thai and Kick boxing at the WKA World Championships in Toronto. He secured during his amateur career the title of German champion in Thai boxing ( WKA) and made at the age of 18 years to step into the professional league. In 2009 he won the professional world title when he won the WKA of France against the defending champion Richard Pedro.

By 2011, he played 247 fights in 16 disciplines (including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA) and in 13 countries. Of these, 53 professional fights with 47 wins, 23 ahead of schedule.

Today is Tarik Kuzucu multiple black belt and - in addition to his fighting career - founder and head of the True Martial Arts martial arts schools in which the essence is informed of the most effective martial arts systems.
