Tatyana Golikova

Tatiana Alekseyevna Golikova (Russian Татьяна Алексеевна Голикова; born February 9, 1966 in Mytischtschi ) is a Russian economist and politician. From September 2007 to May 2012 was Minister for Health and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation and from May 2012 to September 2013 economic policy adviser to the Russian President Vladimir Putin. On 20 September 2013 Golikova was confirmed in her new position as Chairman of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Biography

After completing a degree in economics at the Plekhanov Academy of Economics Moscow, she worked in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, where he was first head of the budget department. Since the year 1999 she was Deputy Finance Minister, first under Mikhail Kasyanov, then under Alexei Kudrin.
