Ṭe

Tte is an Arabic letter that is part of the extended Arabic alphabet of Urdu. It is derived from the Arabic letter Ta ( ت ) by the addition of a superscript TA ( ط ).

The phonetic value in Urdu is a voiceless retroflex plosive ( IPA: [ ʈ ] ). The letter thus one of the three retroflex consonants in Urdu, which do not exist in Arabic, and were therefore added to the original Arabic alphabet.
