Team track

A charging road is a railway system that can be traveled by road vehicles for the purpose of loading and unloading of railway wagons. The railway track, which is located at the loading road and the railway freight cars are provided for loading and unloading, is called free loading track. Often there is also the designation loading track, but this can also be related to one track at a loading dock.

Usually located at a Ladestraße one or more loading ramps and often a goods shed, but these facilities are not counted for charging road. Sometimes charging streets are lined with fixed loading facilities, such as with cranes or conveyors, equipped to facilitate the transshipment between road and rail vehicles.
