The Team Theatre is a private theater in Munich.

History

The team theater was initially a project that emerged from the theater at the inlet in the rooms at the inlet 4 in Gärtnerplatzviertel 1985. Under the direction of Stephan Märki with Arnolt Bronnen parricide was played for the first time under the new name Teamtheater on 20 September 1985. The first in-house production under new management came on 4 October 1994 Premiere: The tropical tree of Yukio Mishima, directed by Petra Maria Grühn. After the first difficult year without public funding, 1995 got the free group Compagnie Anteros, also under the direction Petra Maria Grühn, for the short life of the snow clouds by Wolfgang Bauer municipal funding and so the game operation could be continued. As of 1996, the Teamtheater gas station got regular public subsidies last they got from the jury the highest amount of funding awarded to free theater in the area.

In the rooms of the original theater plays today the non-subsidized theater COMEDY team, also under the direction of Petra Maria Grühn.
