The teardrop butterflyfish ( Chaetodon unimaculatus ) lives in small groups of 3 to 5 animals throughout the tropical Indo-Pacific and Red Sea. He often holds at depths up to 15 meters in the vicinity of leather corals on. There are shapes of color with more white or more yellow color.

The teardrop butterflyfish is up to 23 inches long. It feeds mainly on coral polyps, along with sponges, bristle worms and algae.
