Techno Stress is a specific category of the phenomenon of stress. Techno stress is caused in everyday situations, in which there is an excessive demand of the user with new technical equipment or systems. Techno Stress is a physical reaction to the strong psychological stress which may be caused by the technology. In many ways, it stands for the resistance to change, which bring new technologies introduced with it.
