Ted J. Kent

Ted John Kent ( born October 6, 1901 in Illinois, USA, † June 17, 1986 in Orange County, California, United States) was an American editor.

Life

Kent began his career as an editor, 1927. Till the 1960s, he remained busy. In the years 1959 to 1961, he worked more often for television, otherwise he was only involved in theater productions of various genres.

In the course of his career, he worked on more than 150 productions. Several times Kent worked with director James Whale together, so the 1933 classic The Invisible Man. Your last joint production was The Green Hell by 1939.

1965 Kent was for the film The Great Wolf gets nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Editing.
