Ted Kaufman

Edward E. "Ted" Kaufman ( born March 15, 1939 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American politician (Democratic Party). He represented the State of Delaware, between January 2009 and November 15, 2010 16th appointed as successor by Joe Biden in the U.S. Senate.

Ted Kaufman studied mechanical engineering at Duke University and graduated in 1960 as a bachelor's degree.
