Teknikuri Universiteti (Tbilisi Metro)

Teknikuri Uniwersiteti ( Georgian: ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტი "Technical University ") is a station of the Metro Tbilisi. It is used by the Saburtalo line. Teknikuri Uniwersiteti was opened in 1979 as Politeknikuri Instituti, the station was, however, usually only called Politeknikuri. The station was built by the architect G. Modsmanischwili and D. Iosseliani. The station has an entrance. The station was named after the nearby University of Technology. Since 2011 she is called Teknikuri Uniwersiteti. As a result of building a third subway line is a transfer point between the Saburtalo line and the third line consist of Teknikuri Uniwersiteti. The station is located between Tsereteli and Samedizino Uniwersiteti.
