Until the switchover to DVB - T following programs were broadcast in analog PAL:

With the introduction of DVB- T on May 17, 2006, the distribution of all analogue TV is set to the king chair. The radiation of the digital DVB-T bouquet of SWR and ZDF carried the neighboring Fernsehturm Heidelberg, which is operated by the SWR (see also DVB- T Rhein- Neckar). In the immediate vicinity there is also the former telecommunications tower of the U.S. armed forces Heidelberg, which center was returned to the state of Baden -Württemberg in 2007. The transmitter RNF is transmitted only via cable ( Kabel BW ) and satellite ( Astra). RTL has announced that is reflected on the launch of its DVB- T bouquet with broadcasters RTL, RTL II, Super RTL and VOX in the Rhine- Neckar region and Stuttgart. Certainty does not exist in this respect, however, neither the then possibly used location, yet if there will be any in the Rhine -Neckar, Stuttgart or somewhere else in Baden- Württemberg a private commitment of RTL Group. The Pro7Sat1 group generally refuses to launch a DVB-T offer in Rhein-Neckar/Stuttgart room. The infrastructure of the former analog installations in Stuttgart and Heidelberg would make a quick introduction of the Private possible, it would have no new television towers erected, no current infrastructure to be re- laid and there are frequencies available to at least two new DVB- T transponder in the Rhine -Neckar and Stuttgart offer. Meanwhile, RTL has announced to withdraw completely from the end of 2014 DVB -T.
