Telekom Baskets Bonn (BBL, since 2008)

The Telekom Dome is a basketball court in the Bonn district Duisdorf ( municipality Hardt mountain). It lies on the basket ring 1, between the Konrad-Adenauer- dam, the Federal Highway 565, the road " On the church Büchel " and the Julius-Leber -Straße.

The indoor area has a total area of ​​22,700 sqm, which is an event hall for 6,000 spectators, a three separable training hall and a gym, the sports Baskets factory are located. It serves the club as a venue and universal training center for the Bundesliga team and the numerous youth teams of the Telekom Baskets Bonn.

The building has cost about € 16.8 million and was funded by the Telekom Baskets, sponsors and the City of Bonn ( subsidized construction land ). However, the Telekom Baskets or their economic support, the bonbas GmbH, the owner of the property and the sole operator. The baskets have thus become the first team in German professional basketball that have their own self-built hall.

On 11 June 2008 it was opened against Alba Berlin at the second play-off final match Telekom Baskets Bonn.
