Telemea

Telemea is a Romanian cheese from sheep, rarely from cow's milk, matured in brine. It is similar to the Greek feta, but is softer a lot in consistency. Also, the salt content can vary greatly depending on the production.

The fat content is between 25 and 45 percent.
