Televisão de Moçambique, TVM ( Television of Mozambique), is the national TV station of Mozambique.

History

The station was founded in 1979 as " Experimental Television " (TVE ) and could then only be received in Maputo and the neighboring city of Matola. Two years later, the start of transmission of TVM, which has since been the only station in Mozambique, which can be received via satellite throughout the country and also in some neighboring countries began. His program is broadcast 18 hours a day and is a full program, ie ranging from news broadcasts on Reports to films and television series. Organization and financing

The head office of TVM is located in the capital Maputo.
