Televisión de Galicia

Televisión de Galicia is an autonomous Spanish television station in Galicia. It belongs to the Compañía de Radio - Televisión de Galicia. TVG was launched on 25 July 1985 with the film Mamasunción Chano Piñeiro, after a test period to 29 September of the year began TVG to send to 39 hours a week. Nowadays, it sends 168 hours a week, 70 % of items are of our own production. On 31 December 1996, the broadcasting of Galeusca beginning ( a sister channel ) in America and on May 17, 1997 launched its website. The seat of the transmitter is located in San Marcos in Santiago de Compostela. The complete program of the station is broadcast in Galician, except for some commercials.
