Temse (Warnow)

Temse at Biitzow

The Temse is a 600 meter long river and the outflow of Bützower lake in the district of Rostock in Mecklenburg- Vorpommern.

Geography

It lies north of the built-up urban area in the city Biitzow. Starting from the most eastern point of the lake leads the Temse in an easterly direction in the Warnow. The water level is 0.3 m above sea level. NHN.

The river is crossed by the national road 131.

The banks are lined with wet meadows, grassland and reed beds.
