Teng Biao

Teng Biao (Chinese滕 彪; born August 2, 1973 in Huadian ) is a Chinese human rights activist and lawyer. Teng is a lecturer at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.

After he explained together with 20 other colleagues to want to defend Tibetans in court, the government withdrew its license to defend him in political cases. Prior to his passport he had already been withdrawn, and he was kidnapped by the Chinese secret for two days.
