Tensegrity (Castaneda)

Tensegrity is the modernized variant of physical exercises (not proven ) are rooted in altmexikanischem magical knowledge and have been adapted or newly developed by Carlos Castaneda, Florinda Donner-Grau, Taisha Abelar and Carol Tiggs for today. The Tensegrity own the idea that the man in an egg-shaped shell of subtle energy - so-called energy body - whether embedded, reminiscent of the Aura concept. The assumption that the energy body is trainable, reminiscent of ancient Egyptian ideas and techniques (see Mer-Ka- Ba), the concept of chakras or chakras and Falun Gong.
