Tepache

Tepache is a traditional Mexican drink that is produced and consumed often in Mexican prisons. Pineapple, brown sugar ( piloncillo ) and water are the main constituents of Tepache. In addition, cinnamon and cloves is added for flavoring. It can light beer are added after 48 hours for further fermentation to improve the quality of alcohol. It is served cold.
