Teri Kasam is a Hindi film directed by AC Trilogchander from the year 1982. This film is a remake and was filmed in three South Indian languages already, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil.
Action
Dolly is a spoiled rich girl who has to Deepak " Tony," a poor musician, in love. They marry, while Dolly's brother Rakesh comes together with Tony's sister Shanti.
After the wedding, everything changes and there is the first problem. Before Dolly Dolly parents treated her mother as a maid. Moreover, their friends want them back matchmaker with her ex-boyfriend Monty. Because of all these happenings Tony slaps her and demands an apology towards his mother. Dolly refuses and Tony leaves her. He also announced his job at Rakesh's company and becomes a professional singer.
Also in Shanti's marriage, it does not work as planned. Her husband forbids her to get in touch with Tony. Therefore, it moves with her child back to her mother. However, after a debate both couples find each other again.
