Terje Hauge

Terje Hauge ( born October 5, 1965 in Bergen) is a Norwegian football referee and conducts national and international games.

Career

1990 Hauge began his career at Norwegian club Olsvik IL and was only three years later recorded by FIFA. In 2000, he was able to witness the European Championship as the fourth referee. Two years later he took part in the World Cup in Japan and South Korea. At the European Championships in 2004, he was also one of the party. In 2006, he surprisingly did not take part in the FIFA World Cup in Germany.

In 2004 he was awarded the Kniksen Award, for the best referee in Norway.

On 27 August 2004, he led the game in the UEFA Super Cup match between FC Porto and FC Valencia. His biggest highlight in the career Hauge was in 2006, when he was allowed to conduct the final in the Champions League final between FC Barcelona and Arsenal. He referred the German goalkeeper Jens Lehmann for an emergency brake of the field.

Hauge is a family man and works full time in the health office.
