Ternium

Ternium is an Argentine company with headquarters in Buenos Aires.

Ternium has worked in the steel industry and created from the three companies: Siderar (Argentina ), Sidor (Venezuela) and Hylsa ( Mexico). Around 18,000 people are employed in the company.

2007, the Mexican steel company Grupo IMSA was taken. In May 2008, the Venezuelan business sector Sidor by the Venezuelan government nationalized.
