Tertiary education
The tertiary education sector comprises the field of education in a State which is prepared based on a completed secondary education to higher professional positions.
International Classification
International institutions and courses are counted for tertiary education, which are classified by the UNESCO least at ISCED level 5. In general, the universities include ( a generic term for universities, technical universities, universities for music and art, teacher training colleges and all types of technical colleges ) for tertiary education.
Germany
In the Federal Republic of Germany, the vocational colleges and academies ( in Bavaria ) and technical schools are part of the tertiary sector in addition to the universities.
