Terzo, Piedmont

Terzo ( Piedmontese Marketers ) is a municipality with 912 (as of 31 December 2012) a population of Alessandria in the Italian province (AL ), Region Piedmont.

Geography

The village lies at an altitude of 222 m above sea level. The municipality covers an area of ​​8 km ². The neighboring municipalities are Acqui Terme, Bistagno, Melazzo and Montabone (AT).

Specialty

In Terzo vines for the Dolcetto d' Acqui, a red wine are grown with DOC status. The berries of the grape varieties Pinot Noir and / or Chardonnay may be processed for sparkling wine Alta Langa.
