Tetsuo Nagata

Tetsuo Nagata (Japanese永田 鉄 男, Tetsuo Nagata, * 1952 in Nagano, Japan) is a Japanese cameraman.

Life

Tetsuo Nagata moved for the first time in 1972 after France. With a small stopover in Japan in 1975 to assist the Japanese cinematographer Hiroshi Segawa, Nagata worked from the 1982 French film. He completed his film studies at the University of Paris. He then worked as a cameraman for commercials and music videos. After his feature film debut in 1999 with the drama C'est quoi la vie? Nagata won each for his work on The officer chamber and for La vie en rose with the French César for Best Film Award cameraman.
