Tetyana Lazareva

Tetyana Lazareva Wiktoriwna (Ukrainian Тетяна Вікторівна Лазарева, English transcription: Tetyana Lazareva Viktorovna; born July 4, 1981 in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian wrestler. It was 2001 and 2002 European champion and 2000 and 2008 World runner-up respectively in the weight class up to 55 kg body weight

Career

Tetyana Lazareva began as a teenager with the rings. It belongs to the Sport Club Dinamo Donetsk and has been, or is coached by Igor Gomanilow and Grigori Schepeljew, her husband. In addition to the rings, they learned to be a physical therapist. During her career she laid after 2004 and 2008 because of a maternity one longer pause, but then came back successfully on the wrestling mat back.

The international career of Tetyana Lazareva began in 1997, when she participated in the European Championship and the Women's World Cup at the age of 16 years. She took it at the European Championships in Warsaw in the weight class up to 56 kg the 6th Place and in the World Championships in Clermont- Ferrand in the same weight class the 8th Place. In the same year she won her first medal at an international championship. It was in Hradec-Kralove/Tschechien third parties.
