Texas Stars
The Texas Stars are an American Hockey franchise from Cedar Park, Texas, that plays in the American Hockey League since the 2009/10 season. The Texas Stars are the new AHL farm team the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League after working with the existing farm team, the Iowa Stars, was terminated after the 2007/ 08 season.
Their home games wearing the Texas Stars in the 6863 -seat Cedar Park Center. The stadium was opened in September 2009.
History
In its premiere season, the Stars won the division title and the Conference title for which she received the Robert W. Clarke Trophy. But in the final series to the Calder Cup they lost in six games against the Hershey Bears.
