The Thammasat Stadium ( Thai: สนาม กีฬา ธรรมศาสตร์ ) is a multi-purpose stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. It is located on the grounds of Thammasat Rangsit - sports center, in the north of Bangkok. Was built the stadium for the Asian Games in 1998 by the architectural firm Christiani and Nielsen.

The stadium is very similar to the architecture according to the Rajamangala National Stadium. However, the Thammasat Stadium is covered on both the back straight. It can accommodate 20,000 spectators. Today, the stadium is mainly used by the Thammasat University.

In February, the qualifier should be held at the AFC Champions League match between FC Provincial Electricity Authority and the Singapore Armed Forces FC. Due to the not fit for lawn the game, however, was transferred to the Rajamangala National Stadium in the short term.
