The Al- Gharafa Stadium ( also Thani Bin Jassim Stadium called ) is a football stadium in the town of ar - Rayyan west of the Qatari capital Doha. It was built in 2003 and has a capacity of 25,000 spectators. Main users of the stadium are the football clubs Al- Gharafa and Umm Salal Sport Club - that there unregister their home games in the Qatar Stars League.

The stadium is one of five venues of the Asia Cup 2011. In 2022 it is intended as a venue for the World Cup. Until then expanding to 45,000 seats is planned.
