The China World Trade Center

The China World Trade Center (中国 国际 贸易 中心) is a 3.6 -acre urban development area in the center of the business district of Beijing in the People's Republic of China. It is a member of the World Trade Centers Association ( WTCA ) in New York to the global network of about 300 WTC in 100 countries.

Within this approximately five kilometers east of the Forbidden City lying area of the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed skyscraper China World Trade Center Tower III is built since 2005. After its completion in early 2009, he is the tallest building in Beijing's 330 meters. The Tower has 74 floors in the building with 540,000 square meters of floor space and 30 lifts operate over 10,000 people.
