Content

The eleven-year old Mark Sway and his eight- year-old brother Ricky really set out a cigarette in the forest smoking when they stumble across the Mafia lawyer Jerome Clifford from New Orleans, who is just about to take his own life. Mark, who does not want to stand idly by, is overwhelmed by Clifford and learns involuntarily the hiding place of the corpse of an American senator has the Cliffords client Barry Muldanno killed.

Mark can escape from the car, but not without leaving a trace. Roy Foltrigg, an attorney from New Orleans, who is on the hunt for evidence of the murder for months will, necessarily interrogate Mark. The boy, however, at the same time set by the Mafia under pressure. Mark desperately turns to the lawyer Reggie Love. These first attempts to get Mark out of the firing line. Series

From the rotated during the years 1995/96 and based on the novel TV series only one season was produced probably due to lack of success. Compared to the original novel, many facts have been changed, including attorney Foltrigg was now working in Memphis. The main roles were filled by JoBeth Williams ( Reggie ) and John Heard ( Foltrigg ). In guest roles were to be seen, among other things, Christopher Masterson, Jason James Richter and Scarlett Johansson.
