The Daily Star (Bangladesh)

The Daily Star is one of the largest English-language daily newspapers of Bangladesh. It was founded on 14 January 1991 by Syed Mohammed Ali. Mahfuz Anam is its current editor. He stands in front of the Transcom Group, the Prothom Alo with also publishes the largest daily newspaper in Bangladesh bengalischsprachige next to The Daily Star. The Daily Star is a member funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Asia News Network.
