The Dresden Files (TV series)

The Dresden Files is a twelve-part Canadian- American Fantasy series based on the novels of the same name by Jim Butcher. It consists of twelve episodes. The first broadcast took place in parallel on 21 January 2007 to Space in Canada and on Sci Fi Channel in the United States.

Action

Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden is a private investigator. He works in Chicago with the police. However, he uses his own methods for the investigation because he is a sorcerer. In his work he often comes with other supernatural beings in contact, such as vampires, werewolves, designing transformers or other wizards. Frequently he must protect humans or other supernatural beings from these or destroy dangerous creatures. With his police colleague Murphy often occurs while conflicts.
