The Fender IV

The Fender IV were an American surf band of the 1960s. The guitarist Randy Holden founded the band in 1962 in Baltimore, but moved in 1963 to the Southern California to play for readier receptive audience. When in the middle of the decade the Beatles wave sloshed over to America and instrumental surf music was no longer popular, the fenders were renamed IV in The Sons of Adam and made henceforth music with vocals.
