The Firm (novelty band)

The Firm were an English pop band that had the comedy song Star Trekkin ' a number -one hit in the UK.

The Firm began as a one -man project of the British John O'Connor. He had his own recording studio, but that he gave in the early 1980s because he did not come to make music out of sheer Produce in the 1970s. As a studio musician, he then played for bands such as Maddy Prior and Bucks Fizz.
