Action

Two construction workers, spoken by Dizzy Gillespie and George Mathews, working on a construction site in a hole underground. Both talk. Gillespie said that his wife, he should die now, every year would get a birthday already prescribed telegram with money from the Western Union. The thoughts wander on to the last washing, in which Gillespie dropped a glass and his wife accused him of having been distracted - Mathews says he has anyway not want to wash off and therefore dropped the glass.

It comes to political disputes: Is Gillespie, the government, because it is said in the Constitution We, the inhabitants of the United States? Following is a brief discussion about the license and the dancing - Mathews like dancing the foxtrot and waltz. Both fear could eventually a crane lifted the heavy plate dash down into the hole. There follows an examination of accidents and Mathews hypothesis that 99 % of all accidents happen because people ignore it it. They get into an argument about what would happen if a piece of Venus would fall to the ground and on the radar is not clear what attacks - whether a nuclear war would break out?

Gillespie brings an example of power: If he would walk around with a gun in his pocket and a great man would step on his foot, he would provoke him despite an apology. If he had no gun, he would simply go on without waiting for an apology. Mathews ordered coffee and the conversation turns on overweight - being. What if one of overweight were sitting at the switching point, which could bring back the fired nuclear missiles, and he suffers a heart attack because of its weight, or fainting, before he can press the return button?

In the middle of the dispute falls a loud bang when a heavy object from the crane plate falls and strikes the ground. Both men come briefly to the surface and come back to the hole.
